Preparation of Nano Cesium Tungstate by Ultrasonic Chemistry Method
1.0 According to n(cs)/n(w)=0.33:1, ammonium tungstate and cesium sulfate are dissolved in a citric acid solution and n-propanol solvent at a concentration of 1.5mol/L. After stirring uniformly, the reaction is carried out at 180-200°C for 2-3 hours to obtain a mixture of tungsten and cesium;
2.0 Add appropriate amount of urea to the mixture of tungsten and cesium, adjust the pH of the reaction solution to 3-5, stir until the urea is completely dissolved;
3.0 The mixed solution completely dissolved in step 2.0 is washed with argon gas, and subjected to chemical reaction by ultrasonic irradiation at 50-80°C under argon atmosphere for 2-6 hours to obtain a gelatinous precipitate; wherein the ultrasonic radiation frequency is 40.34kHz;
4.0 The gelatinous precipitate is aged for 4-24 hours, then filtered, washed, dried, and calcined to obtain nanometer cesium tungstate.
