Nanometer cesium tungsten bronze may be used for thermal insulating glass in the form of heat-insulating film. As this new type of heat insulation material is increasingly used in the heat insulation fields of building and automotive, experts are also extremely concerned about the preparation of this new type of nanomaterial. In this process, some experts have found that the following preparation method can produce cesium tungsten bronze powder with excellent optical property.
1.0 Prepare an aqueous solution of tungstic acid, an aqueous solution of cesium carbonate and a solution of citric acid;
2.0 Prepare the precursor solution: while stirring, add the aqueous solution of cesium carbonate to the aqueous solution of tungstic acid, then add the citric acid solution, and then add a certain amount of absolute ethanol to continue stirring, to obtain the precursor solution for preparing cesium tungsten bronze;
3.0 The precursor solution was transferred into an autoclave and reacted at 180-200°C for 1-3d. After washing with water, alcohol washing and centrifugation, a sample of CsxWO3 precipitate was obtained. And cesium tungsten bronze powder was obtained after vacuum treatment at 50-80°C or sub-vacuum drying.
